Data integration engineer

Job Description

Data integration engineers have four primary responsibilities within the company, including:

• Database design and modeling
• Data integration layer design and development
• Analysis of current UCB applications databases
• Documenting design and analysis

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 year experience in professional software application design and development area
• Strong background in database design and development for major RDBMS products including Oracle, Sybase, DB2, MySQL or SQL Server are required
• Highly skillful with SQL, database design and development tools, and ETL tools
• Experience with programming languages such as C/C++, Java, C# are highly desired
• Experience with data access layer object oriented development such as EJB, ADO is a big plus
• Prior experience with data integration or enterprise application integration is a big plus
• Good English communcation skills, both written and spoken
• Able to travel frequently

Business Logic Engineer

Job Description

Business logic engineers must have a fundamental understanding of business requirements. In the company they will:

• Design and develop solutions for specific business requirements
• Analyze current UCB applications
• Document designs and analyses

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience in professional software application design and development area
• Strong background in J2EE web based application development highly preferred>
• Strong background with reporting application or business intelligence application development highly preferred
• Experience with SQL and database design and development
  Skill in programming languages such as Java, C/C++
• Experience with enterprise level applications
• Able to travel frequently

UI Develop Engineer

Job Description

UI Development Engineers are primarily responsible for presentation layer related research, problem solving, and solution design tasks. Job tasks include:

• Developing presentation layer for a web based application for a retail bank
• Analyzing user requirements by working with business analyst, architect and other development team members
• Designing presentation layer features by working with business analyst, architect and other development team members
• Developing GUI prototypes for user requirements verification
• Performing documentation work for the project
  

Qualifications

• 1-3 year industry software development experience, especially in the field of designing and developing user interface
• Strong development experiences in Flex, Ajax, JSP, Java Script, ASP.NET or PHP required
• Demonstrated programming skills in the above technology
• Development experiences in J2EE or .NET application middle layer/backend
• Strong analytical and problem solving capability
• Self motivated and capable of work in a fast paced and short delivery project cycle environment
• Good team player
• Good communication skills in English -B.S or M.S degree in relevant discipline

Project Manager

Job Description

Project managers are expected to take charge of project design and performance, and to supervise and manage the whole process of the project.  They guide team members to solve key project, technology and business problems, and they communicate with foreign customers throughout project development.

Qualifications

• Master degree or higher in computer related studies
• 5+ years of experience with a minimum of 2 years focused on PM
• Combination of consulting, practice management and operations experience with advancement potential
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Excellent spoken and written English, above CET-6
• Banking experience not required, but beneficial
• Willing to go abroad for short-term business trip

QA Engineer

Job Description

QA Engineers review the quality of ongoing projects throughout its life cycle. Tasks include:

• Analyze system requirements
• Design test cases
• Execute complex test cases
• Submit and analyze test results
• Design and write automated test script
• Organize activities related with quality assurance, e. g, requirements review, code review, improve develop process and so on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer-related disciplines from an accredited university
• Good understanding of testing cycles, testing methodologies and testing processes
• At least one year software testing experience with black box or white box testing
• Experience with test automation tools not required but beneficial
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good oral/written English skills, above CET-4
