Insigma Hengtian Software Ltd. Relocation Announcement

In response to continuous growth in our outsourcing business, Insigma Hengtian Software Ltd. announced its relocation to Insigma Software Park on Monday, August 18th, 2008.
The move to a new, larger office building includes a great deal of benefits:
